concept.WORKSHOPS is our continuing education offering for your employees and management. Our experts train you in all relevant methods for the development of long-term intrapreneurship activities. In the following, exemplary workshop topics are briefly presented:

 

In the workshops, various competencies are taught, including innovation management, entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship in companies, and hands-on start-up methods. 

We offer special train-the-trainer workshop formats for management or project leadership to enable the best possible transfer of the innovation tools and techniques taught.

The workshops can be conducted digitally, on-site at their company or at the TU Dortmund premises. The pace and content are also adapted to the needs of their teams.
